Albertus Magnus College Leadership Immersion Program

How it works:

The Leadership Immersion Program consists of an intensive three day workshop which will be held on the Albertus Magnus College campus from August 13th to 16th, 2019 (check in on August 13th from 3:30pm- 5:30pm), followed by a highly interactive course which builds on the workshop and for which you will receive college credit. Dr. Howard Fero, Professor of Management and Leadership and Director of Graduate Leadership Programs at Albertus Magnus College, will lead the program. It will feature multiple distinguished guest speakers and an accomplished staff and is designed to help students identify and master the leadership skills that are necessary to succeed in college and beyond. The three day workshop will be a time for you to connect with other members of your incoming class, to familiarize yourself with the college and its offerings, and to explore how you can realize your potential for leadership. During the three days, you will reside on the campus in Dominican Hall, one of the College’s dormitories. Building on the summer program, you will take a leadership course in the fall term that will enable you to develop your leadership skills.
